Life happens and I missed a premium. In the process the bank withdrew the debit order mandate. Outsurance reached out in unhappiness and cancelled the policy. I then called them back to align on the situation and my policy was reinstated. I highly appreciate it when insurance companies have an understanding for their clients. Thank You for the continued awesome service.
I ordered an item on the 13 Dece 2024 and takealot didn't deliver but decided to cancel my order on the 19 Devember 2024 and didn't inform me. Today, 23 December 2024, I figured it out from their website. My wife is furious with me and does not agree or believe the order was cencelled. It's christmas period, the item was meant to be a present for my wife for our home but now, Takealot cancelled it, without even informing me or providing options. It is very disappointing, I am a frequent shopper of Takealot, and have been introduced to TEMU. Wtih TEMU, all my orders are delivered within the promised time. There is frequent communication and updates. As for Takelaot, this was the last transactions. I will rather support other local online stores such as Makro, Leroy Merlin and others. Takelaot, your future is being destroyed from within, I will not be surprised if you close down in the near future.

A lot of effort is put at getting you to sign up with lots promises being made. After signing up, the person who signed you up disappears. You are assigned a new person and she hardly responds to emails and cannot be found by telephone. I owe way more than I did before joining. My debts have been accumulating interest and its not covered by the payment distribution. Debt Review should be a good process but MyDebt Hero company might not be the best to pursue. I am full of regrets at this point and need to figure out a way to recover. :(

Never ever take out a Telkom Contract!!!!! I hit a snag where I had to make a descision to pay for family fees so they can register. I chose to delay cellphone contracts. I owe Vodacom far more than I owe Telkom. From Vodacom, I got a friendly voice call to choose a date to pay and I happily committed. With Telkom....oh my!!!!! threats and threats and threats from NuDebt. Even when I am no longer owing Telkom, they still harrasss and threaten and HARRASS!!!... It is my 2/3 year paying off my contract with Telkom, this is my 1st default and it was only 30 days in arreas, not even 60 or 90 days. Everyone, be careful, Telkom might be cheap, BUT they are a headache to deal with should snags hit your life. Never ever again Telkom!!!!
Placed an order on the 06 April 23. Long delay in delivery. On 17 April 23, Changed my mind on one item and added another. Paid additional difference. Order delivered on 08 May 23 with missing items. To date, am being ignored. To all new consumers, Try them at own risk.

Hi I just picked up that Telkom Consultants are involved in fraud. I ordered a new NOte 20 ULTRA and my account contact details were modified. Furthermore, the consultant recorded me residing my ID number for verification. I got an email were my contact number number is updated on 07 Sept 2021; on the 08 Sept 2021, I got an sms from telkom stating that they can't get hold of me to confirm my order. I then send all my contact numbers to the email specified in the sms. Now, when I review my email, I note a no reply from Telkom stating that I have updated my number to 063 389 2528 <= the fraudster's number. Now 180 does not take you to a consultant to report the issue and there is no means by Telkom to report Fraud. I write this review as a plea to TELKOM and also to alert everyone that, Telkom consulatants are not to be trusted. If I don't get my ordered phone, it will be due to TELKOM, your consultants are fraudsters and I will not pay for it.
