A claim was submitted that a 3rd party drove into my vehicle. All arrangements were made and my excess was paid. I was told that the excess was going to be collected from the 3rd party and then be refunded to us. This all happened back in 2012. There was correspondence between an agent (Nicole Dickson) and myself and then it just died. My mails have never been replied, and i do not have this agents number to contact her. I still have all the documents and mails regarding this claim.<br> <br> This is poor customer service and daylight robbery. We paid for something that was not our fault, is what it comes down to.
