OUTsurance stands out!
Exceptional service. No long waiting for an operator to pick up. Very friendly operator who explained the process in sufficient detail and was able to instantly answer any queries I had. Policy was set up almost immediately with conformation via email and sms.

Shocking service delivery
Absolutely shocking service delivery. I have had my calls over a 4hr period cut off five times. I have also been promised to receive a call back which never happens.
