A 26% increase in premiums is nothing but profiteering. Another classic example of greedy, ************ South African companies. They try and explain it away, by saying it's an automatic process. I call BS.What parameters do they use? Bye Budget.
SPAR Tops at Riverview, Vanderbijlpark, deliberately remove six packs of Devil's Peak Hero non-alcoholic from the case lot and then sell them a six-pack unit prices. This is nothing short of profiteering and exploitation.
I bought a case Bavaria Non- alcoholic beer from Makro Vaal. The case comes in what is supposed to be a strong plastic wrapping. This is the case. On transferring the case to my car the plastic started to rear. I managed to rescue the case. On the second attempt however, I wasn't so lucky the case of beers went tumbling to the ground. It's not my fault that Makro sell inferior goods/or goods in inferior packaging. Now I'm R359.00 out of pocket. And the manager of the liquor store was nonchalant about it.

These assholes are threatening to freeze my account, because according to these idiots, I'm not FICA compliant: - **** FICA. FICA is a tool used by the cANCer to control the populace, while the cadres loot the country. And no! I won't go to one of your branches to deal with your obnoxious staff, and have to spend hours in a queue. So, do your damnedest!
3 months after ***** was committed on my account, there is still no resolution in sight. Calling their "customer care center" is an exercise in futility. Because of the *****, the account has been flagged, so I can't do anything. Their billing is a shambles. The contract is a shambles. Vodacom is a shambles.
Why is everything an uphill battle in this country? From government departments, to service providers, to retail outlets. In this case, Vodacom. Nearly 2 months after ***** was committed, with their knowledge, this matter still hasn't been resolved. The account is not as it should be. Mails to their customer care centre go unanswered. Calls to 082135 are a nightmare - you are met with utter incompetence. How are they allowed to continue as an entity with this kind of attitude? Customers have little. to no recourse.
This company allowed someone to upgrade my data contract without my knowledge, consent or authorization. This upgrade includes the following: Apple iphone 14 pro max gold 512GB valued at R36000.00 Apple watch S8 valued at R14000.00 I have sent in a ***** dispute form, which they have chose to ignore. I WILL be cancelling the debit order. Yet another useless South African company!
Be very aware of these people. They deliver for Snatcher. They then send you SMSs saying " a delivery attempt was failed because of TEL no answer." They are lying. That's when the **** kicks in. Now they want to charge an extra delivery fee. Be aware. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. People, watch out for Snatcher and Buffalo.
