Found their number on Samsung site as approved technician. Called them and Errol came out to fix the machine. Told me it was the shocks. Machine worked for 1 day. The next day was worse than before. Paid Errol R800 when machine was working. Tried to call Errol for the next week he never took my call. When he did finally take my call promised to come out the next day. He never arrived and now wont take my calls either. When I called Samsung they said that he is no longer approved by them and the fact that he is listed on their site is a mistake. avoid this company like the plaque. THEY ARE NOT SAMSUNG APPROVED AND THEIR SERVICE IS SHOCKING.
Have a washing machine that is faulty. Went onto Samsung site and got the details of a Samsung approved technician in my area. Technician came out and fixed the problem. Charged us R800. The next day the problem was back and worse than before. Tried to call the technician and his phone just rang. After a few days of trying he promised to come the next day and never showed up and we couldnt get hold of him again. When I called the Voice of Customer line they told me that this technician is no longer approved by them even though they are listed on the website. Samsung promised to send somebody out the next day. Nobody came out. No emails from Samsung. When ever I call they promise to send somebody out and they never rock up. Spoke to the manager of the VOC. He also makes empty promises and does not reply to emails. dont know what to do anymore. DONT BUY SAMSUNG ANYTHING. THEIR SERVICE SUCKS!!!
