Same experience as other commenters... They do not respond to emails. I also phoned several times, each time they said that they needed to check and will get back to me - which they did not. The first, and only, response I received from them was more than 2 weeks after placing the order, stating that their supplier does not have stock. I am still waiting for the refund I requested. Save your time & money and buy elsewhere.
Same issue as everyone else. Had blood work done via doctor in 2018 and there was a non payment from my medical aid. Without ever having received any correspondence from Neuberg, I've been handed over and are now also liable for the debt collectors fee. The debt collector (QueCollect) has the nerve to tell me that I was responsible to contact Neuberg, find out what I owe them and how to go about making payment. This is below pathetic business practice and should be considered fraud. Chris Moody (CFO Neuberg), the buck stops with you.
