Same experience as other commenters... They do not respond to emails. I also phoned several times, each time they said that they needed to check and will get back to me - which they did not. The first, and only, response I received from them was more than 2 weeks after placing the order, stating that their supplier does not have stock. I am still waiting for the refund I requested. Save your time & money and buy elsewhere.

i purchased items from Future light, paid for it in April online and plan to collect from their office in cape town in June. in June we decided that we no longer require the items so we cancelled our order without collecting the items. the company is refusing to refund us our money. the have the items and our money. we intend filing ********s charges against them for theft.....

Don't think they are an online store, rather a re-seller. You wait weeks for your order, and there is no communication from there side, even if you raise a query it takes time to respond. Will not use them again!!!

**** - Made a purchase on their website - no communication, no delivery, called them they said they will resolve and then still nothing. Messaged again and posted on their FB page - they then sent a **** tracking email with no information. A few days after I made this purchase there was an attempted ***** on my bank card. Report has been made with the ***** department.

I ordered a fan on the 21st of June. I called to follow up to check on the status of delivery and was told they do not have stock and that it was expected to arrive within the same week. I was advised I would receive the fan on Friday the 27th of June or Monday the 30th of June. Nothing has arrived! I emailed to follow up and have received no further updates. How can you guys sell something that you don’t even have in the first place and then give the clients no updates regarding receiving stock? I thought they would be a reputable company seeing as they are associated with Payflex but that is definitely not the case. I will be reporting them to payflex as well, especially after seeing all these negative reviews about the company. I want my money back as I can see this fan will never arrive and it’s just a lie to **** people out of their hard earned money!!
