<p>I preordered the Nintendo Switch at great expense, a month in advance from takealot, for their promised delivered date, Friday 3 March which would have allowed for a weekend of switch gaming.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the promised date my order had no tracking info -- I phoned support twice, both times they said they would look into it but I never heard from either of them again... Late the afternoon there was suddenly a delivery date of Monday, 6 March, without anybody contacting me to inform me that they would reneg on the committed pre-order delivery date or to offer any explanation as to the reason for the delay.</p> <p> </p> <p>The month in advance preorder was a complete waste of time and money -- currently I am out of pocket, have no console or games, and could have simply gone to the mall Friday night and bought the products then and there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Terrible customer service with no attempt to communicate or recitify the situation!!</p> <p> </p>
