Outsurance *****s your money without approval. check your account
Outsurance has removed money from my account without my approval. they open a policy without my final consent. they decided to initiate a policy without obtaining my consent and starting deducting funds without any approval. i requested them to refund me the full amount and to date they only refunded me 80% of the funds, they require the regional manager to refund the balance. its now a month that i am waiting for my full refund. i will never consider switching to them after this experience. if this is how they treat a potential client that only obtain a quote, i can only imagine if i was a client and i had to claim.

Future light stole our money
i purchased items from Future light, paid for it in April online and plan to collect from their office in cape town in June. in June we decided that we no longer require the items so we cancelled our order without collecting the items. the company is refusing to refund us our money. the have the items and our money. we intend filing ********s charges against them for theft.....

very poor service and customer commitment
we are very disappointed with the service and attitude of Gauteng Furniture removals & storage. we engaged with David 2 months prior to our move and the promises made were all empty. our furniture was collected as agreed in JHB, and we informed them 2 months prior that we would want the furniture delivered to CT within a certain window period since we are dependent on it. David indicated that he will try his best to have our furniture delivered to CT as close to the 7th as possible. the furniture was collected on the 5th but never delivered up until the 12th at 1am in the morning. when you try to follow up, David just indicates that he is a sales person, you must engage with the Office(Yolande), the office tells you that you agreed with David, he must resolve it. the office does not return your calls or provide any feedback. their attitude is we don't response to customers, sale teams does. the sales team don't bother too. we had to sleep on the floor for 6 days because GFR were refusing to be open, transparent and honest. we not not recommend them even if they offer you a free service. they are unreliable, not honest and cant communicate with their clients. they even wanted to charge us more for the delivery knowing that the items on the agreed inventory was reduced. if you what you age quickly and increase your stress levels, then maybe consider using GFR. unfortunately 1 is the lowest rating we allowed to submit, if we had a choice it would have been a negative rating.......
