****MERS!! I WANT TO WARN EVERYONE TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY **** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. I paid over R5k in August 2025 and have TO DATE received ZERO results. They keep giving lame excuses as to why they cannot remove me from debt review and I am now at wits end and need to pay another firm to assist me
I have received the utter worst customer service from Capitec. I have been battling over 2 hours, across 3 different platforms to report one of their ATM's that have been offline for over 3 DAYS!! How pathetic. I will be moving my business over to FNB as their service has never been as bad as this
I bought a part through the online store and have been struggling for 2 months to have the faulty part returned. I was well within the 30 day return period when requesting the return but had ended up having to drive all the way to Midrand to return the part myself. I've now lost the customer I needed the part for and had to pay back their money losing business and I have still not received any news on a replacement part or refund. Pathetic!!
I have a provident fund / retirement annuity with Sanlam and have been battling for 2 weeks now to get hold of someone to help me on my policy. I've sent numerous emails to 4 different email addresses and phoning them is more useless. I once held on the line to speak to an agent for 15 minutes and eventually gave up. The previous time phoning I held on for 9 minutes with no answer. My debit order never went off this month and I'm battling getting hold of anyone to assist me. How horrible!! And now I'm very worried my policy may get cancelled all because I've been struggling for so long to get hold of someone.
