Mateo was recommended to me by my Son-in-law. Called them to fix my Elgi washing machine. Was told the shock absorbers needed to be replaced at a cost of R1,100.00 - washing machine worked for 3 days - been battling ever since to get anywhere with Errol. Makes promise after promise and doesn't honour any of them.
I stopped in at the BP Service Station in Grayston Drive to purchase 2 hot dogs from the Wild Bean Cafe. I needed to use the bathroom and was directed to a door that required R2 to be paid to open the door. The toilet was dirty
My HP laptop was damaged and I consulted the HP Support on the website to find a recommended repair centre and was referred to ENSURE SERVICES on their website. My laptop went in for repair on the 11.02.2015 and I had to pay R3,302.02 BEFORE any repairs were effected. I called them the following week to track the progress of the repair to my laptop and after being given the run-around by various customer service agents was informed that they had an armed robbery on the 14.02.2015 and my laptop was stolen. I was informed that I would be contacted in due course as the insurance company was busy processing the claim and I would be advised in due course of the outcome. My laptop was worth R7,500 at todays replacement cost and I paid an additional R3,302.02 for repairs that were never effected
A big thank you to both Christelle Jansen of Caltex Golf Club Terrace and Fikile Mboto of Caltex Chevron SA for resolving my complaint about the fuel contamination I experienced with such grace.
After registering my complaint against Caltex Golf Club Terrace for putting petrol into my diesel vehicle, and being told it was my fault for not being attentive\ - I was led to believe that Caltex Chevron SA would investigate my complaint. Sadly it is now a week after I first reported the incident to Caltex Golf Club Terrace and still no one has accepted responsibility for what was clearly their Service Attendant's error. My fuel cap is very clearly marked DIESEL .... "
After reporting an incident to the Caltex Service Station on Golf Club Terrace relating to an incident which occurred on Thursday 26 February at 19:35 where one of their Service Attendants filled my diesel vehicle with petrol - I was informed that I must clearly be at fault as I could not remember who the attendant was who had served me
On Thursday 26 February 2015 at about 19:40, I stopped to put R350 diesel into my Ford Fiesta TDI 1.6 at the Caltex Gold CLub Terrace Service Station. I have owned my car since 01 April 2007 and have ALWAYS asked for the amount of fuel....R350 DIESEL please. I also stopped at the diesel pump in the forecourt. I paid by card and drove away. The following morning when I started my car, there was clearly something very wrong, my car was smoking and it sounded like the car was not firing properly. I left my vehicle at home and arranged for a lift to work until I could have my car towed to a Ford Dealership on Monday 02 March. I was informed late yesterday afternoon that my car had been filled with petrol, and I was presented with a bill for draining the fuel
