Terrible Service! Catch of the Day (South Africa)
I ordered 3 items a month and a half ago and only received 1 item. I have emailed them numerous times - they responded to my 1st email with a "wishy-washy" answer saying they are waiting for their suppliers to deliver and it will be delivered within a week. Now 3 weeks later I'm still waiting! Their phone number listed on their website goes straight to voicemail, and no response to my emails. What kind of company ignores their customers?

Excellent and Transparent
It's not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic / auto electrician these days. I'm so happy with Maranello, they fixed my car quickly and with friendly service. One of my favourite aspects of Maranello is that they itemise their invoices in a very clear and transparent way - it's not just one big lump sum - so I have a full record of exactly what was done on my car. I really recommend them!
