R 200–300 Excelent food. Cold beers. Nice atmosphere sitting outside. But huge problem is the service. Last 2 times we had the same waitress. Sitting waiting for 20 minutes the first time. Called a few waiters around us but could not help because not their table. Waited it out this time hoping it would get better. Went again Tuesday. Got our beer orders quickly but them sat their for 30 min. No waiter. Everybody around us got served numerous times. Eventually go and try to find management. Did not offer any resolution other than "we will call your waiter". Another 10 minutes go by. Just as we were about to leave she comes by. No excuse or anything. Spoke to friends and they suggested we go to Cool Runnings. Glad they did. They all also left ****rloos because of same issue! Having what is suppose to be a relaxing day out was turned into a waste of time!
I am extremely happy with the grooming service from Sigma Pet Grooming Services. They did an outstanding job with my Yorkie — the cut was perfect, and my little one came back looking and feeling fantastic! Checkers Pinnacle Walk The lady cashier at the Checkers Pinnacle Walk bottle store. Your attitude and downright rude manners towards customers are shocking. We've been supporting the Checkers and bottle store on almost a daily basis as it's close to home. But you can take your business and shove it! Soon you will go the way of Pick and Pay with their useless client service.
We paid Wesley the owner of Vitex Solutions on January 26 2024 to install a backup water system and replace our main waterline to the house due to the existing pipes leaking. He promised to give us an installation date the next week which did not happen, so we tried phoning and sending messages. On Feb 1 he eventually send us a whattsapp to confirm that he would start the next Wednesday. After a few excuses, the then only started on the 8th of Feb. They finished on the 14th of Feb and everything seemed to be fine. On the surface paving was done neatly and the tank installation also was done proper. But here is the issue. Shortly after they left, the new main line started leaking. I opened the leak, and instead of digging a small trench, they placed the pipe directly under the paving. I took it upon myself and went and bought materials, dug a proper 300mm deep trench and laid a proper sleeve for under a road crossing. Bought some more HDPE pipe also and joints, back filled with building sand and fixed everything. Three days after that the pipe started leaking at a place against the wall where there is no pressure from cars or pedestrians. Over the next few months I had to fix another 7 of these leaks. I decided to contact Wesley and send him all the videos and pictures I took. Wrote him about the issues on the 7th of October and he responded immediately which was great. On the 17th he send his team and they came to lower the pipe and fix some more leaks including the tank float that was now full of sand due to fixing all the holes. Wesley himself also came and said that if this continues, they would need to replace the whole 32mm pipe as it seems defective and he would take this up with the supplier, as the pipe is supposed to take very high pressure and this is not normal. Since then I've had to constantly fix more leaks. I notified him. He now doesn't answer calls, whatssapps, nothing. He reads the messages, but doesn't respond. As I am typing this, I have to go buy another repair kit. We have now spend in excess of R2000 on just material. Ridiculous to think that we have to spend our hard earned money to continuously fix companies problems after we paid them in full and trusted them enough to give them the order. So my recommendation is that people stay away from Wesley and his company. Rather go look for a professional installer and make sure of the quality of the products that they use. Also document your installation with pictures and dates like I did. Seems to be the new normal for today. www.vitexsolutions.co.za
