Regret trusting Wetility
Totally unreliable team, The installation team pitched up late on every occasion ( Sarurday and Sunday) after I made special arrangements to accommodate them. They did not finish on the day as agreed and committed to be on site at 8"oclock Monday morning as I was only available untill 12. Again I made special arrangements only for them to pitch up at 11. I had to sign an amendment to the agreement for A frames at additional cost. It was not installed.They did not bring al the equipment to complete the job and continued 5 day later only to again leave without removing their ******* and without re-instating the power at least as before. Today 24 February I am totally without any electricity. I regret putting trust into Wetility

I ordered items in July 2023 no update, no returns on requests for updates they dont answer the telephone, dont reply to mails nothing.

Poor quality Alumax Canopy
I am extremely disappointed in the way business is conducted and the quality of work. Firstly after 6 weeks of manufacturing and numerous warnings that the color-coding should be verified, my warning was ignored and I feel a rushed job was done to correct the colour within a day. Perhaps that was also the reason for the fact that improper quality was applied in fixing the canopy roof to the frame. The first time I traveled on the highway at max 120 the canopy roof lifted up. It was not properly fixed to the frame. Poor quality which cannot be brushed off

Avis stole my money
I rented a vehicle from Avis and paid the deposit in cash when the vehicle was delivered to me (3 days after promised) When I returned the vehicle I was charged an additional R825 rand in stead of reimbursing me with the balance of the deposit made. I was not reimbursed at all which means I paid R2 025 over and above the rental costs (covered by my insurance) I called every day last week and spoke to a Tsepo, Nhlanthla, Phillip, Cindy and two other call centre people without an joy. No one has bothered to call me back or send me a email. Nothing is being done to my query - Avis stole R1200 from me
