Average answer time on MWEB Let's Chat facility takes between 20-45 minutes. I've tested it 4 times this week on different days. That means MWEB expects us as customers to stare at a screen for 20-45 minutes, wasting valuable time, before they deem it important to help. When they do eventually answer, it is clear the agent helping you, can't take initiative nor think for themselves. They don't even have to accept responsiblity for the chat nor the solution nor do they take full ownership of an issue and see it right through until the end. Issues unresolved. Clients are livid and takes their business elsewhere but the call centre agent keeps his/her job... I'd love to work for a company where you don't have to do your work and lose clients to the competition due to your incompetency. They can't even read and comprehend typed communication properly which means MWEB employs people without a matric certificate to be their public face.
