One star is way to much.....it is by far the worst service ever. Except for the payments,they go off very smoothly. But when you have a problem you are on your own. To report a problem on whatsapp,you explain your problem 40 times over and over,just to receive the message that the chat just ended,because they take 10 minutes to reply on one message. Will definitely end my contract as soon as possible.
The only reason I give a star,is because it isn't possible to give zero stars. I am convinced that Vox has only employees in the accounts department,and 0 in the rest,as I received my bill a week ago,but NO service up to date. Still waiting for 3 people to phone me back,calls get cut of after being on the line for 20 minutes. Voomatel installed the fibre,and I was told the location of my router would be perfect,as it can go to 35m radius. No I can't even walk away 7 metres without loosing the wifi totally. The first thing I was told when I phoned them,is that the extra wires will be on my account,not theirs( off course,because the accounts department actually exist). They absolutely don't give a damn how urgent you need the wifi (guests are arriving at the guesthouse),all they can tell you is that they sent an email to the on site technicians or transfer your call to another department. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to use Vox....I even get better service delivery at the government.
They are scammers....stay faaaar away. Robbed me of more than R16000. They never deliver,and then just never reply again. Karma will get them one day.
