My car was in for repairs and service at Maemo Motors booked Feb 16th and released Tuesday 17th. I had to return it on Monday 24th after having difficulty starting and a leak that was supposed to be fixed during repairs. In the afternoon they called to say the car has been fixed and I can come collect, hardly 10km from dealership the car lost power, and completely shut down. The car has been with them since, and they want to do additional work on the car of which they want me to bear the costs. They haven't responded as to whether the issue of the car shutting down and replacing a worn out belt that they should have replaced during initial repairs has been done. At this moment I'm without a car and I don't know the status of the vehicle that once was reliable and released to me after service and repairs. During this period I received limited updates of which I had to follow up multiple times. I'm without a car that I use daily. . The core issue is the repeated mechanical failures, safety risks, and breakdowns that occurred immediately after the vehicle was released, despite assurances that repairs had been completed and the vehicle was safe to drive. The crux of my concern is that:-• Major safety critical failures occurred immediately after repairs and release. • A fuel/diesel leak reappeared after being confirmed as repaired; • The vehicle became unsafe and unreliable only after the repairs, whereas prior to the work it was still drivable.
I'm dissatisfied with DSTV for disconnecting my services claiming that i have not paid my account yet I pay my account on the 20th of every month using the same method of payment. When I contacted them they reconnected services for 3 days and disconnected again claiming payment has not been allocated to my account. After a long fight with them resending POP multiple times they responded saying payment was allocated on the 1st yet they responded on the 4th OCT. Instead of rectifying their mistake by reconnecting services they said I must call them again and ask the contact centre to reconnect services, wasting my airtime again holding for service. I then chat with Lesedi Ramathibe who was not willing to assisting asking for reference numbers of my correspondence with the Finance department and mentioned that unless I have the reference I will not be assisted. They dont show accountability on their side , I have never experienced such bad service. customers badly
still waiting for my order which was due for delivery on the 27th. No correspondence from Takealot after enquiring and my order is marked that it has been delivered
My delivery for Order #155041798 was not delivered but it shows that it was delivered to me. I had a terrible experience!!!! A lady called me to say she is outside my gate I need to come get my parcel when I went out there was no one , I figured she might be lost so I saved the number on my phone and sent location and advised that I do not see anyone outside. To my surprise the parcel was marked delivered and when I tried to call her number did not go through. After 30 min I send another Whatsapp to tell her I don't see anyone outside she responded via voice note that she has a lot of customers and she is not just serving me. I responded via voice note that I tried to call to check if she had found the location and her phone did not go through., there was no response after that. I logged a complaint on the Takealot site and have not received a confirmation of the ticket logged nor any mail from them regarding that, instead received a marketing mail this morning from them to buy stuff. I'm not happy and want to know when I will receive the stuff that I ordered. This is totally unacceptable and extremely poor customer service
Bought items from takealot and delivery date was 29th Nov. Later when I checked on the App delivery date changed to the 8th December. I contacted Takealot and advised them that I need items delivered before the 2nd as I need to use them for a function. They told me that they will cancel items delaying the order and the rest of the order will be delivered on time. They still did not deliver on time and they cited that they cant cancel order since I already paid and can only return items once received. Items arrived o the 3rd of december and I requested for a return to be logged and for a refund. Items were returned and their original packaging and little did I know that they will return one item opened and re-packaged by takelaot and they said they cant refund me. I raised a complaint with them and at this stage its not resolved yet as they keep asking the same question in order to pass time even though the information was supp**** in the original mail. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they still not willing to do the right thing. Its been weeks and the don't update on the progress unless I write to them and they keep asking the same question over and over again
Bought a Bed set and they delivered on 14/09/2021 at 12h15. upon unwrapping the mattress I found out that they delivered a damaged product. I contacted them at 1h40 to report and was told that a consultant will call me within 24hours. I sent a mail on the 16/09/2021 to advise again quoting the Ref no but till today no one has come back to me. Sleepmasters must not sell us damaged product and expect us to keep quite about it. When will they contact me to fetch their damaged product? I paid for my purchase in full and I expect quality.
I have not received any correspondence since last review. Sent email, no response from them as well
Contact was made, I went to see the Manager on Friday 16/10/2020. He gave me two mailing address to mail my claim. I am yet to receive a response. Email was sent on Monday 20th October. I'm not sure if I'm not taken seriously or I'm just a number to ADT
For years I trusted Adt but not anymore.My house was always secured by them and I even recommended them to friends and family.There was an incident that happened at my house on 13/08/2020 and assets were stolen. Alarm went off after the robbers had left as per video recording. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was advised to sent an email. Its been over a month now and not even an acknowledgement of the complaint. The only call I received was regarding payment of which was an error on their side as they didn't debit my account. These are messages received before Incident:- "Fidelity ADT will continue to keep customers safe. This means our officers will still be on duty during the lockdown. "These may be uncertain times, but you can be certain that Fidelity ADT continues to patrol and protect you and your community during the extended lockdown". If this was the case why were my assets not secured as they claim? Do I feel safe in their hands anymore? My answer is a definite NO.
<br> I'm struggling to get DSTV to resolve my complaint as they have activated and upgraded a decoder without my consent. They claim that they spoke to me and when I asked for a recording they say that I must come all the way from Burgersfort with my lawyer to listen to the recording.I paid for the two decoders which I know of and my services for those decorders are switched off because according to them my account is in arrears due the this upgrade that I don't know about.I explained to Pamela Ngidi that everything that I do, I do it through self service and that there is no way that I would have made the call. I feel that multi-choice is unable to clearly identify and verify its customers and do not take their customers seriously. My consumer right has been violated and they think they can get away with it because I'm missing out on viewing.
