I have app**** for their service on their website. Its been more than a week and still nothing. I have sent them two emails no response to that. They dont have a contact number to call. I will be laying a case of *****.
I am disgusted at the service I got from Ackermans head office. They claim I opened an account in 2019 online. They can't prove it was me. I didn't sign anything or collect the card. Now I have the credit amount as a red flag on my name which they refuse to remove. Apparently they can't remove it. But they put there and I don't owe them any money.
