Hi.
FRUSTRATION 1: I migrated from a 3gig to 20gig data package after been assured that it is possible, with no impact but the new 20gig package fee. (The frustration was the instore application process, where i had to return to the store 3 times and spend nearly 2 hours each time to get the documents processed.)
FRUSTRATION 2: So the month of August proceeded, i got my 20gig, but upon receiving my bill on 3 August, i was charged a migration penalty of R1,400 and a20gig bundle fee of R799.
FRUSTRATION 3: I went in store to resolve and the call was logged to explain the error in the billing. Comes 1 September and my entire contract has been cancelled, I have no connection. FRUSTRATION 4: Now to try and resolve the issue. Try calling 081-180. After16minutes, then 14 minutes, then another few 5 minutes calls to the call centre and all you get is irritation, cheap, loud, mono tone tunes - there is no service, even at the call centre - I have ever only got to speak to a 'person' once, whose advise was to resolve my issue in store where i took out the contract.
FRUSTRATION 5: Finding the time from our daily schedule to take this issue further .... which was done previously.NOSERVICE
The prices asked on the wantitall website is so ludicrous, I dont know how they even make a sale. Who in their right minds would consider R793 as reasonable, unless this version is encrusted with semi-precious gems?
