SMG USELESS
I bought a demo car where the tyre tread depth of 7mm was confirmed in an email. However, the tyres that I got were not 7mm. When I queried this, i was told that the tyres were within spec. No proof provided. They said they dont know how i drive and the the person that confirm the 7mm was not technical and therefore the reading that was provided was invalid. They basically saying "Dont trust us". Dont buy from SMG Century City. They dont even have the decency to respond on email, not the Owner, not the Dealer Principal, not the new car sales manager, not the Techinical manager. They very quick to sell the car, but then if there is an issue, they will try everything to make NOT THEIR PROBLEM, Beware these people. Do not buy from SMG

They won't let my number be ported
It seems that Autopage are intent on not letting my number be ported. Autopage gave me the information that needed to be provided yet every time a port request goes in, Autopage decline the request. No one can tell me why or how to get this resolved. The call center people are useless. If you phone head office, the receptionist is not allowed to put you through to anybody (and they call me a client!)
