Hi Please be advised, I cannot get through to your attorneys office. If I call them, they say I should leave my name and my number, then the call drops, however they do not call back. Please call inform them to call me tomorrow, before 12:00 or before I get paid my weeks salary because I need that money for me to able to go to work, from there, I can pay my outstanding accounts. If not I will have to complain again via Hellopeter. I find hard why you guys can not do this for as Absa has handed me over to them. So I need ABSA to make an arrangement with them for month end of this month, which will be R250 for both accounts credit and my cheaque account. I DO NOT WANT MY ONLY WEEK SALARY TO DEDUCTED AS I WILL NEED IT FOR TRANSPORT Please advise asap
Hi, I am dismissed from since February. I have informed this several times to Absa. Here is one one of my references ABSA BANK LIMITED T/A ABSA AVAF REF[TB283925] ID[AJS]. I asked ABSA to put hold on my premium cheaque and credit card until I get a job, however they could not do this. So my cheaque account was debited with declines, which cost me R150 per decline. Now my cheaque card owes +-R2700. On the 25th of April I received money from SARS which was less than R5000 to my ABSA SAVINGS ACCOUNT. ABSA DECIDED TO TAKE MONEY FROM THAT ACCOUNT, AND PAID THEIR SELVES TO THE CHEAQUE AND CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONTACTING ME TO INFORM ME ABOUT THIS. I WAS GOING TO USE THAT MONEY FOR TRANSPORT FEES WHILE I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB. NOW I HAVE FOUND A JOB, I AM STARTING ON THE 17TH OF THIS MONTH. I WILL GET PAID ON THE 25TH OF THIS MONTH, MEANING I WILL BE PAID FOR ONLY A WEEK, FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO GO TO WORK, WHICH MEANS IT IS TRANSPORT MONEY. NOW PLEASE , I REPEAT, DONT TAKE THAT WEEK MONEY WHICH WILL BE IN MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT, BECAUSE I WILL NEED IT TO GO TO WORK. I an issue with my Meter box not allowing me topup for three days. I called the second day however without luck, the issue was still there. I called today and I spoke to Ian or Eein.
