Why does Vodocom Port Elizabeth not inform Head Office when there is a problem with the network or tower. This is the second time that no one knows what's going on because no one logs an issue

Customer Services refuse to help me remove my cell number 082 401 4361 which I've had for 15 years off a Mr Neil Venganacy account who is using it *******ly for hes personal use I have emailed them 4 times and I have phone them 9 times. I get 7 calls a day from truworths wanting money from this man who is using my cell number

Not Following Instructions or Requests
5-36177013541852 ref number refers as well as 4 others. I am trying to cancel my contract for cell number 079 868 6190 since 23 January 2026 when I gave q months notice to cancel the contract. You keep on sending me references number with no confirmation of canceling the contract. It is now nearly a month. Please cancel this contract and send me an email with confirmation that it has been CANCELLED
