Damaged goods deliver, still no refund received
This product was ordered via Amazon South Africa gets squashed into a box that does not even belong to the items inside, once you take off the plastic the pans are dented and the frames are bent. These items should be packed in their own boxes as per the industry standard for fragile items. It may be stainless steel, but its not very strong metal. No contact no available No contact email available. now i am not even receiving my refund which is past their printed timelines of 5-7 days Goods was collected the 12th of January 2026 by the Courier Guy and delivered to Thembisa the 13th of January 2026.

2 Maxx Aluminium and Glass - NO RECOMMENDATION
WANTS IMMEDIATE PAYMENT BEFORE THEY EVEN ORDER THE MATERIAL, WANTS ANOTHER IMMEDIATE PAYMENT WHEN THE JOB IS COMPLETED. THE WINDOW FRAME WAS LOOSE AS THEY DID NOT FASTEN IT PROPERLY. 24 NOVEMBER 2022 THE OWNER AND HIS STAFF CRACKED THE WINDOW WHEN DRILLING AT THE WRONG PLACE. THE OWNER SAID HE WILL REPLACE THE WINDOW 6 DECEMBER 2022 HE SAID THE REPLACEMENT WINDOW WAS DELIVERED TO HIS PLACE. WHEN CALLING HIM HE SPEAKS TO YOU AS IF YOU ARE SOME PIECE OF **** UP TO TODAY HE HAS NOT MADE ANY EFFORT TO REPLACE THIS WINDOW. HE HAS ALSO BLOCKED ALL CALLS AND WHATSAPPS.

Horrible service, since this is a free country avoid at all costs
My recommendation is that this company should just close their doors, they do not answer their phones, do not respond to emails, have no idea what they are doing. The worst supplier I ever had to deal with. No unit was ever installed in my car. Cancelled my subscription 30 September 2022, still calling me for money as I instructed the bank to reverse the November Debit order as the 30 notice period has been served.
