Useless courier
The worst courier company in the country. My parcel is sitting at the Durban depot for over a week and no one is willing to help. Yoo cant speak to a branch manager , ever. They always in a meeting. Pathetic.

After struggling for 2 weeks to get hold of someone to cancel my contract, they sent me a mail confirming its canceled. But they still keep on debiting my account. And guess what, can’t get hold of anyone again. And no one replies to my mails.

Do not use this supplier
Justin Reeves is the biggest con artist in Durban. He promised us the product he is using is " bullet proof". The first day we used it the floor started breaking up. Needless to say, Justin is nowhere to be found. He doesn't take our calls. He is useless.

Avis car rental refusing to give me a car
I arrived with a new cheque card that i recieved from the bank 2 weeks ago. At the counter the lade helping me said she needs to verify my card first because of fraud. After taking the R 1 deposit from that same card, she told me that my card has been declined by her office. I asked her what was the reason, she told me that she didn't know, but mostly cards are declined because it's not showing that salaries get paid into it???? <br> <br> I told her that i have already paid for the car , and asked her whats going to happen about that. She said she doesn't know.<br> <br>
