I really tried to let this go and forget but I am really angry and disappointed. PNP Diepkloof Square 😡😡 I use pnp asap a lot and now I have major trust issues. Whoever packed my order packed cheese that expires the next day and it has green mold on it. I just wonder why they thought it was ok to do that and would they personally buy something like that for themselves. Asap said I would be refunded but I am really angry with that person because I needed to use that cheese. I am so disgusted. Good day, I don't know if I should go public with this or can it be resolved quietly and quickly. I won a competition the McDonald's women's fifa world cup in July. T&C say payments will made between 6-8 weeks. Received communication that payment will be made on 20 October I sent through my banking details and still haven't received anything yet. Mathapelo was not taking my calls or responding to emails. Then on the 24th she sends me a email saying that the had system issues so my banking details were removed from the system so the new payment date would be the 20th of November. I smell fowl play here and if the error is on their side, why don't the rectify this asap. No communication was made before I started calling them over and over again and I feel like this is ********* and disgusting that a huge radio station could do this to their listners. Another strange thing was that I got an email from someone claiming that they are also waiting for the payment, however, I don't understand where they got my email address. So I am honestly not happy at all. They need to rectify the issue asap.
Still haven't received my refund from pick n pay asap. Its been 10days. As a loyal asap customer, I am really disappointed in your service and no sense of urgency because thats my money you took. And I just want my refund today!!! Told me to wait 10 working days and I did exactly that. I want my money back today!!! This is really getting frustrating
Pick n Pay asap😒 I loved this service as it was so convenient for me. On the 27th of April I made a purchase and I was charged twice. I queried that and they reversed one payment to my pnp wallet. I wanted to withdraw the funds so I was sent a link to do that. Normal EFT payments take 48hrs its been 8 days and I am not counting weekends or holidays. 8 days and I still haven't received my money back into my account. I want my money back immediately. I know they give turn around time of 5 to 10 working days but ****** hell it only takes 48hrs 2 freaking days. I want my money back
The worst customer service I have ever experienced from Violet at Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square. Firstly She refused to swipe my smart shopper card. After leaving the shop, she came to me outside and accused me of taking marshmallows. I asked her to go through my groceries and she didn't find anything. She embarrassed me and and she was rude and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. Management said they would do something about this but I doubt that it was done.
