<p>We used this company at the saddest time in our lives in november 2015. Theo and his team are so friendly. Saw myself smiling. I did know what to do with the furniture i had to move. They came and packed my stuff and kept it in their storage for 5 months at a very reasonable price. Everything was bubbled wrapped and packed neatly in boxes. In April they move everything from PE to Centurion. Very affordable price. Thank u guys. U r the best. U have managed to put a smile on my face and i am a happy customer. Please do the same to other people. Thank u for unpacking and assembling the furniture.i will definately promote Theo and Team</p>

Good day<br> <br> <br> We were disconnected due to non payment after the payment was made<br> WE phoned Voltano and employee that we did not get the name for confirmed payment and arranged reconnection immediately, and she advised that no reconnection fee would be charged as payment was made and received before reconnection<br> Now we get an invoice that includes a reconnection<br> we call and we are required to speak to he manager<br> Manager says she does not know confirmed the payment therefore we are to pay the reconnection fee.<br> I explain what happened and she say I must provide the name of her employee that said there wont be connection fee<br> I do not remember the name but I describe that its the same person who transferred me to you I don't know the name. manager say if I don't know the name then the reconnection fee stays on that bill<br> I send her proof when proof of payments was made and ask her what time was disconnection done<br> she says that is irrelevant info <br> <br> <br> <br> Regards<br> Sipokazi<br> 0829986776<br> <br>
