ABSA TRUST LATE ESTATE DEPARTMENT GOOD DAY I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WHAT I AM AND HAVE BEEN CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING WITHIN THIS COMPANY. I TRUST EVERYONE HAVE THEIR OWN OPINION BUT THIS IS A SMALL BRIEF AND HONEST EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE BANKING INDUSTRY AS I SPEAK. WE ALL AS ADULTS HAVE OUR OWN CHOICES IN LIFE BUT ME HONESTLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO NO ONE TO PUT YOUR TRUST YOUR FAMILY WILL AND ASSETS WITHIN THIS COMPANY. I AM NOT SCARED TO EXPOSE BUT THE TRUTH BECAUSE NOW A DAYS EVERYTHING IS A DEAD END NO ANSWERS. MY FATHER PASSED ON 2019 LORD KNOWS ALONE HOW LONG OUR FAMILY MY MOTHER STUGGLED TO GET ACCESS TO HIS ASSETS YET SHE WAITED AS THESE BANKS TARGET OLD INDIVIDUALS AND AS ME AS A TWIN COULD DO NOTHING AS WE HAD TO PROVIDE AND STRUGGLE TO KEEP GOING ON IN LIFE. MY MOTHER WAS SCHEMED INTO SAME SITUATION TRUST WAS BUILD TO THINK THAT HER CHILDREN WILL BE SORTED WITH NO STRUGGLES MY MOTHER PASSED ON OCT 11 2024 AND ALL I HAVE IS EMAILS TO SHOW THAT THIS PEOPLE SAYING ITS OUT OF THEIR HANDS TO SETTLE THE ESTATE TO ME AND MY BROTHER WHICH IS THE ONLY SIBLINGS EVERYTIME A EXCUSE FROM THEIR LAWYERS AND I WILL PUT THEIR NAME DOWN GERRIT NICOLAAS DUPLESSIS THAT THEY AWAITING LETTERS FROM THE MASTERS FROM HIGH COURT CAPE TOWN BEFORE THEY CAN PROCEED AS THEIR CURRENT EXECUTOR HAS WENT ON EARLY RETIREMENT TWO DAYS AGO WAS THE 1ST TIME I SPOKE TELEPHONICALLY WITH THEIR DEPARTMENT AS EVERY WEEK I HAVE TO SEND EMAILS REGARDING WHEN WILL THIS ESTATE BE SETTLED HES WORDS "IT CAN TAKE 2 YEARS DEPEND ON THE CASE" WE SOLD OUR PARENTS HOUSE IT DID NOT TAKE TWO MONTHS TO GET A MASTERS LETTER FOR THE EXECUTOR " BUT NOW THE EXECUTOR HAS WENT ON EARLY RETIREMENT I HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT THIS. THE SAD PART OF IT AS WE WAITING FUNDS ASSETS ARE INCREASING WITH INTEREST AND THE MORE THEY GAIN WITH CHARGES IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE I AM DESPERATE AND HAVE ALL DOCUMENTS TO SHOW HOW THEY MILKING PEOPLE WITH COSTS. Today i was disgusted in what i saw i bought my son a packet of this peoples chips and she choked on something that looked like a piece of tile or glass or plastic a big thing. Im so disappointed in this what if my child had chocked to death? In want this people to be exposed for the poor health hazards that they didnt provide people with quality they claim to provide. I want this company to pay not only could my child have died he through up and got sick because of it. Lots of people by this chis for their kids this could have ended in a death case.i want them to pay!!!! Im utterly disgusted.
I woke up this morning and checking my phone when i realized a debit order of R395 going off my bank account. I did not sign up for this shit and no one notify me that there is a service fee or whatever may be the case. I have been employed by edcon before and have opened an account about more than a year ago . I was retrenched in this year and could not pay my account as there was no income. Edgars collections have called me many times and even asked that if i could use my unemployement money to pay them which was really a disgrace. I am how ever employed and asked for a arrangement if i could pay them a certain amount each month. Good Day<br> <br> I am Mrs Dejongh and I would like to submit a complaint.<br> <br> I Bought a Cellphone and Insured from the Totalsports Branch in the Tokai Blueroute Mall. I have lost my phone on 28th November 2014 of which I reported it stolen by the police station and received an affidavit, I then submitted all the documentation to the store named above. The person who dealt with came up with a lot of excuses like, documentation being lost, misplaced or incorrect that being said I have been countless times in the store an received no feedback just the common excuse, of (passing the buck) as they explain that the claim is stalling or they awaiting approval.<br> <br> I have received a bad an unsatisfying experience of customer care due to the fact the either the person who handled my documentation had a lack of the job application or knowledge of there duties that being said I have received an unjustifiable standard of service an customer relations in the store.<br> <br> Kind Regards
