On March 15th 2018 my automatic garage door went faulty. I phoned heard nothing, phoned again again nothing. Phoned again and was told that a team working in Uvongo would stop on way back to Durban that was on Friday the 27th April. They did not arrive, The same happened on 30th. I then got a bit upset and was told that the boss would come out and see me on Friday 4th May. Suresh the boss duly arrived but could not help. Not at all technically minded. Appoligised for the job taking so long to sort out and he would get technical team to come out. Nothing happened had to phone again and pay up front . Weeks passed by and eventually a technician arrived and needed a spare that he did not have. Then more promises that someone would come on a specific day, on the daily schedule then pulled off with no communication so we wait. We have wasted so many days for people to arrive and nothing happens. We went to Mapumalanga to visit family. I emailed the dates, we would be away and they phoned twice to book an appointment while we were away. On Thursday 12th they phoned and made an appointment for today 18th July. we have waited the whole day gave up golf to stay at home, and guess what no sign of Precision doors.

After a storm lost landline and adsl - reported it and was given a reference no. - still waiting for some service or feedback - in the meantime data and airtime costing a fortune
