I highly recommend GoSlr for any solar installation. From the first interaction to when they installed the system took 3 days. From the sales team, to the installation team and the after sales service, I am left speachless with the friendly, well informed service that I have received. Keep it up GoSlr, you guys are the best.
This is the worst service from a dealer that i have ever experienced. From when we bought the motorcycle 1 month ago until the 1st service that we are doing as part of the warranty, the customer service is pathetic. We purchased the TSR250 on the 2nd September 2021. When we initially went to look at the bike, nobody bothered to come and talk to us about the bike. The lady that sits at reception / sales, could not even be bothered to get up off her chair, but rather shouted across the floor at us. My daughter purchased the bike, paid for it via EFT and had to constantly request confirmation of payment. Communication is lacking and is one of their biggest issues. When we collected the bike, she once again did not get off her chair to come and hand over the registration documentation, but rather shouted at one of the workers in the workshop to bring the bike to the front for collection. There was no one to take my daughter through the functions on the bike, we had to ask one of the service people to explain to her. Also, the PDP was not done prior to collection as the number plate and license disk had to be hurriedly put on the bike before we could drive off. My daughter has just taken it for its 1st service (500 km) as per the warranty, this was an absolute fiasco as well. After confirming via WhatsApp and email that she could bring the bike in at 07:00 and wait for the service (1.5 hours), when she got there she was informed that the bike will be there the whole day!!! I have never experienced anything like this. The worst customer care service ever. I would advise you to not use this dealer, i will be taking the bike else where in future.
I ordered 2 pairs of vellies on the 10th May 2021. Correspondence with regards to my order has been limited, with excuses that there is a backlog at the factory of the specific type and size. If this is the case, then do not offer the shoes as a special on the web site and Facebook. This week all correspondence to my emails has been totally ignored.
