We paid a deposit for car rental (Dec 2019). Upon return of the vehicle the administrator of your company was unable to assist with the refund because the card machine was faulty. The administrator said that the funds would be deposited back into our account. To date this has not been attended to (May 2020). Six attempts to communicate with the company have been made with no assistance received, only several reference numbers sent to us via email.
