I'll add my voice to the crowd here. Ordered and paid a fortune for a 5.5kW generator. We received the generator on time but it had a few scuff marks on the outside. This didn't bug us much but when the electrician came around to install it, we discovered that there was also no oil in the engine, the battery was completely flat and the carburetor was leaking, possibly missing a gasket. We phoned them to complain and they said they'll arrange a courier to collect the defective one and then replace with a new one. The couriers never came (it's almost 3 weeks now). Subsequent calls went unanswered and the company's main phone number has been disconnected. For other readers, note that the one single good review of this company is almost certainly fake.
