Have not received order or refund
I ordered 6 chairs on the 12th of February, they requested that I make an immediate payment as the truck was leaving for Cape Town and they will then load my furniture for delivery within 3 to 4 days. I have not received my furniture, and they are not picking up any of my calls or responding on my emails. Lost the money and received no furniture. Do not buy from them, you will lose your money. Do not buy from Craft City Furniture. This is a ****. Bought chairs in beginning of February, they send you a whatsapp asking that you make immediate payment, then they can load your furniture on the truck for delivery in 3 to 4 days. After your payment clears , they dissapear, no more communication, nothing. Money gone Go read Trust pilot on how many people have been ****med!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Bought chairs from Craft City on the 13th of February . Received Invoice and whatsapp message saying if I make immediate payment, my furniture will be loaded on truck and delivered within 3 days. Until today have not received anything, they ghosted me after my payment was released. Read Trust pilot on other people ****med as well.
