Disgusting service from Bidvest Group
I was prompted last week to sign a mandate but received and error, much like other people. Firstly, I was unable to reply to the message I received as it gave me another error and after trying to get hold of Bidvest telephonically I was met with an automatic reply that simply says "We are dealing with increased volumes of calls". End call. I've sent numerous e-mails and attempted several calls and ALL falls on deaf ears. It is surprising how the Bidvest group runs a financial business, dealing with something as important as international transfers and they are practically unreachable. What astounds me even further, is after getting in contact with a manager at Bidvest and reiterating the above statements and then also mentioning they must have a look at how many complaints are on HelloPeter, she told me "it's fine, lodge a complaint online, lodge as many as you want." Poor, stark and absolutely disgusting service.

Extremely Unhappy and Dissatisfied Customer
We paid the owner of Nile Blue Projects a large sum of money to erect a patio roof in our back yard on 24 January 2024. He planted 5 poles and then never came back to finish the project. After getting a lawyer involved, he signed an Acknowledgement of Debt but, we have not seen one cent of these empty promises. We have irrefutable proof that the owner of Nile Blue Projects is a repeat offender that absconds with people's money. Please, for your own sake - DO NOT do business with Nile Blue Projects.

Extremely frustrated and disgruntled customer
The owner of Nile Blue Projects came with much enthusiasm to erect a patio roof at our home. After paying a 70% deposit and another sum of money for outsourced services, he planted 5 poles. He absconded with our money and left us with these 5 poles sticking out of the ground for months until we had to find a new contractor. He promised several times over to refund the money, but we haven't seen a cent. Please be EXTREMELY careful of Nile Blue Projects.

Extremely unsatisfied customer - ****** by Vivian Hale
We paid the owner / director, Vivian Hale, of the business Nile Blue Projects a 70% deposit and another sum of money for additional services (in full). He has absconded with -, and I believe *****ulently used, my money as he is unable to repay me. We can justly confirm that even after a signed acknowledgement of debt, he fails to comply. It seems this is a typical pattern in Vivian Hale’s business conduct. I have evidence that he has been de*****ing clients since 2017. Please, for your own sake, don't do business with this person.

****mer stole our money
Vivian Hale, Director of Nile Blue Projects took our deposit and an amount paid (in full) for additional services and NEVER came back to finish the project. He planted five poles after promising a fabulous patio roof. We have no roof, no money, no service. His empty promises regarding repayment of my money includes a signed Acknowledgment Of Debt sent by my attorney, and STILL he fails to co-operate. It seems that I am not the first person that he has ****med. Pity that I didn't have this information before.
