An online store with a personal touch

Amazing Builders Warehouse
The customer service from these stores is amazing. I do the Click-and-Collect and it's a breeze. Staff have no qualms picking up the phone and keeping you informed.

Lack of Samsung support
I purchased a Samsung dishwasher and contacted the call center as it broke today. The lady tells me they use third-party companies to fix their appliances and none of them have permits to operate during the COVID lockdown. I contacted the usual appliance repair company (on a public holiday) that I've used in the past and they are going to check which day they can come out this week. (With a permit to operate during lockdown). Whilst Samsung appliances are usually great, the support, once they break, is severely lacking.

Great place to buy a bicycle
Great service and excellently priced bicycles. If I ever need another bicycle, it would be worth the drive to Malmesbury to purchase another one.

another webafrica failure
Webafrica's LTE offering has not been working since Wednesday 18 July 2018. they have no idea when it'll be fixed but in the meantime they offer you an apology after waiting for 10 minutes before Support answers your call. Steer clear of this ISP (and I say this after being a client for YEARS)

Zero support from Webafrica - AGAIN
Once again, I try to get hold of support and it's non existent. When this company is going to address the pathetic support levels is beyond me. Only reason I can't leave this ****shoot is because you need to lose a limb before moving fiber providers. At least I no longer have to listen to Earth Wind and Fire or Kool and the Gang as hold music anymore.
