I placed a large order on the 24 of January with the online clothing store/app. I contacted the company a week later to query why my order has not yet been shipped. I was told the company is closing for Chinese New Year and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I contacted the company 2 weeks later and was told to wait 2-4 weeks cause of spring break. One month later they only shipped on of the 6 items I purchased and refuse to refund my money.
