TBDRESS-online clothing or app DO NOT TRUST
I placed a large order on the 24 of January with the online clothing store/app. I contacted the company a week later to query why my order has not yet been shipped. I was told the company is closing for Chinese New Year and I would have to wait 2 weeks. I contacted the company 2 weeks later and was told to wait 2-4 weeks cause of spring break. One month later they only shipped on of the 6 items I purchased and refuse to refund my money.

I ordered an item on tbdress website on the 14 of February 2018. For a whole week I never recieved any feedback when I contacted them they said it’s on the way and should take 15-25 days. Up to today, delivery, dololo. I thought tbdress was a legitimate company! Will I ever get my item or at most my money!

great quality
This dress fits very well. I ordered XL - I am a UK size 12 top and 12/14 bottom. HOWEVER : I ordered a black dress and I received a dress made with black lace and blue fabric. The quality of the fabric is nice, but it LOOKS VERY ODD in two colours! Did not expect that!

This dress fits very well. I ordered XL - I am a UK size 12 top and 12/14 bottom. HOWEVER : I ordered a black dress and I received a dress made with black lace and blue fabric. The quality of the fabric is nice, but it LOOKS VERY ODD in two colours! Did not expect that!

LOVED IT
This maxi dress was delivered on time and was packed nicely. I am so happy to see that the fitting is perfect to my size. The color combination is also perfect. It is really lovely. Fast delivery, dress looks good like the picture. Got an XL and it fits.I got so many compliments!! LOVED IT Material is perfect.like the colors and slash neck very much.

Amazing dress!
Shoppers all I can say is wooow..This dress is so amazing..I order it for a wedding..and I got complement the hole evening..The material is streachy so please buy your size .if you wear large don't buy Extra large, just to let you know very good fabric ..i can't stop ordering

I ordered one evening dress for my party last month and it wasn't the color I love. Then I tried to email them and ask for return. They finally accepted my return and issued me the full refund even though it almost was my fault. Thanks Tbdress. You have great customer service and return&refund policy. I think I'll come back soon.
