The idea behind this was brilliant. But it’s management and service delivery sucks big time!!! They deliver rotten vegetables and fruit or they don’t deliver at all. The app does not reliable communication. I had to call to track groceries that was supposed to be delivered at 15:00 to be told it will be delivered tomorrow. Annoyed!
Everytime I order fruit and vegetables from checkers they deliver stale and rotten products. The second time they did that I sent an issue and they sent back an apology. It happened again and when I called their call center they told me to submit an issue and I will be refunded, I still have not got any refund. When I asked them to tell me which checkers the groceries came from they couldn’t, they told me I don’t have to take them back to the shop. I’m so annoyed. These people have no respect for their customers. They intentionally pack all the products that are about to expire. The idea of having graceries delivered to your door is great but checkers has no respect for the customers!!!!
I ordered an item on tbdress website on the 14 of February 2018. For a whole week I never recieved any feedback when I contacted them they said it’s on the way and should take 15-25 days. Up to today, delivery, dololo. I thought tbdress was a legitimate company! Will I ever get my item or at most my money!
Booked a Translux bus from EL to PE. The bus was 2hrs late. No communication or apologies about that. It's raining outside but we feel the rain inside, all the chairs were wet. This is the worst service ever. There is definitely not respect for customers!
<p>I was sold a dstv wifi connector by a consultant from OnAir TV for R29.00 a month. When I got the wifi connector I found out that you need a home internet/ router for the connector to work. When he sold it to me he never mentioned that so I called them immediately and cancelled it. They sent m an email that it's cancelled. They are taking money from my account and i don't know what for. First R29, then R79 then R60. When I call them, they say they are offline, how convenient. I don't want anything to do with them even if they happen to be a legitimate business, which I doubt(why would they be taking money from my account without my permission).</p> <p> </p>
<p>So after a long, unnecessary wait for the iStore card I finally get this card. Getting the pin/activating the card was such a drag, the consultants the selves have no clue, they will tell you to do something just to get you out of their site. You finally get the pin but the card cannot purchase anything, CODE 05. Which no one knows about and they never answer the phones. I spent more than 2hours waiting for a consultant to help but dololo. It's annnnnnoying. I'm patient but this is bull****!</p> <p> </p> <p>if it's possible to conceal this credit card without penalty please, someone help me!</p>
<p>I applied for iStoreCard on the 8th of April. I qualified for a 75.000,00 credit. Up to today I have not recieved my card. I called so many time of which 3 of those time a consultant submitted my request. They keep asking for documents one by one, such unnecessary delays. I submitted all the documents but still no one calls. It's annoying!</p>
<p>My car is having a battery problem and everytime I take it to a Hyundai dealer they say there is nothing wrong with the battery. I'v taken it to East London and Port Elizabeth still no help. Every month I have to call Hyundai assist to jump start my car, it's annoying and embarrassing because this car is new. Hyundai assist keep suggesting I take it to a dealer but why should I if I will get the same response.</p> <p>im out of options</p>
<p>I had an accident 12months ago, my car was knocked off while parked. The guy who knocked my car was willing to pay for the damages but I chose to be loyal to my insura. They told me not to communicate with the guy at all, so I did as they asked. They said I must pay the excess and they will refund me. They don't call to inform on what's going on, when you call you get same feedback everytime. Up to today I doubt if I will ever get my money. Now I'm wondering if I did the right choice by listening to them. I doubt they are doing anything about it. I don't know what else to do. But I learnt my lesson.</p>
<p>I had this company move my stuff from Bisho to PE. First the broke my fridge, they transported it with everything inside. I told them but up to today nothing has been done. I know I ddnt not take insurance, but this damage was due to their ignorance. </p> <p>Now I called them five times already asking them to send me the invoice, I haven't got it up to now. Last time I called asking for the guy who was helping me from the beginning, he asked them to ask whose on the phone, when they heard my name they hung up on me.</p> <p>I made it clear to them that I need this invoice because i need to claim my money from my employer. Now I'm worried that there might be fraud...</p> <p>This is very upsetting, especially because I've been warned about this company</p>
