I have been trying to get hold of someone at ADT since Feb this year to sort out my account. Payments I have made are not reflecting on my statement. When I phoned the call centre on 22/03/2016 I managed to speak to a J.Salie and she was so rude just telling me to please just forward the proof of payments. Since then I have had to answer / response to my email and I keep getting the same statement, again today, showing I am in arrears. The reason for my concern is, should they have to break into my house, I don't want my claim being affected because of a fault on your side. Please can you urgently get someone to phone me back.
My grandparents were in a car accident on Friday evening and Jumbo was there to tow - my gran was knocked out and wasn't by herself when the ambulance managed to stabilise her, anyways, the guy that wanted to tow them said that he will charge them R2k because they were pensioners, they just had to sign a form giving them permission to tow.
