Your Personal Details Will Be Compromised
I've just received a call from their sales person Sharon who knew my vehicle year and model. I noted to her that I already have a tracking device and her response was who is my device with - I told her that that type of information is private and I dont need to tell her. She went on a rant and even stated that she has my ID number which I feel is extremely worrying that you give out that type of information to your salesteam! She waz extremely unprofessional and accused me of being a rude man. Please have a listen to the recorded message and stop giving out clients personal ID numbers.

The ONLY Land Rover Dealer to Consider! 6 Stars!
Superb experience from the pre owned division - highly recommend this branch, in particular Mukhtar. Apart from taking his time to explain the various options, he was not pushy at all! Very helpful and really knowledgeable, we have been to many different branded dealers and nothing comes close! They deserve 6 stars! Well done!

Corporate Bullying and Misrepresentation
My sister had been given a coupon to use in conjunction with Visa - when she tried to redeem before the expiry date she was told the following We 're sorry to disappoint you, however, we have reached our maximum number of Visa coupon redemptions and as such coupons are no longer valid for redemption. We are limited to a certain number of coupon redemptions, and as such have had to limit how many coupons can be redeemed. To make sure this is fair to all takealot.com shoppers, we’ve communicated this across the campaign. This however was NOT communicated nor was she sent any correspondence of this nature This is what the original voucher email had said *Coupon valid until 23:59, 31 August 2019. One coupon per customer. Nowhere on the email does it say while stocks of the vouchers last or similar! Today is the last day before expiry - what a disgrace for a corporate!
