I have now called your company once again....<br> <br> The issue is not resolved and continues to plague me. Technician has to moved my antennae, this was wholly unnecessary as my LTE signal strength and values is within what is considered EXCELLENT by my research on LTE signals. I can do speed tests via your own website and get my paid for speeds. but if I try use any form of \internet\" outside of your site I get less than 60kb/s download and 1.8mb upload.<br> <br> I am being billed R1200 a month for the use of almost nothing of my paid for service, I am NOT pleased. Would you be happy paying that amount of money for a premium service only to receive a sub standard service?<br> <br> I have been consistently updating their support email address with updates. and I get maybe one phone call every few days trying to troubleshoot it the same way....
