Purchased 10GB data yesterday afternoon. By this morning the data was all gone. I checked my MTN app and it said I had only used 2GB over the last 7 days. Called MTN Customer Care to find out what the data had been used on. They couldn't tell me. They logged a ticket and within 2 minutes they closed the ticket again. No explanation. No feedback. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
Signed up for Apple TV (trial of 7 days) Cancelled the trial within 2 days. Apple went and charged me a month subscription but cannot watch anything. I need to sign up (and pay another months subscription) !!!! Cannot submit for a refund because the page just keeps buffering (have tried numerous times over the last week) and there is no one to speak to about this issue. Very frustrated at the lack of customer service available to customers with subscription issues.
FNB's Honouring Fees is daylight *******! I never signed up/agreed to FNB honouring any transactions on my account if there are no funds. My FNB account is overdrawn this month because FNB "allows" transactions to go through when there are no funds (I never signed up for this) then on top of that, they charge you an Honouring Fee which is just as much as the actual transaction (sometimes more) One Honouring fee alone was R188.00 In today's economy, people cannot afford these ridiculous fees. After banking with FNB for decades - I am on the verge of changing bank accounts.
The pharmacy at Clicks Cobble Walk is beyond terrible. Each and every time I have to go get medication at this pharmacy there is always a long wait. Even with the upgraded store and ticket system... the service is beyond terrible. I have been to the store on numerous occasions where the staff sit and chat in the back and only one person is helping the customers. There are over 100 Google reviews of customers complaining about the same thing. Clicks only ever responds with saying we need to send an email (which I have also done) and NOTHING EVER CHANGES!!! Can someone at Clicks Head Office PLEASE look into this matter and sort your Cobble Walk branch out !!!
First time booking with Woodford! What an absolute pleasure to book with them. Will never use another company again. Their booking system is quick, and their rates were better than all the rest. Received great service from all consultants. Thank you Woodford :)
I am extremely disappointed in the service from Takealot!!! I ordered a Foosball table for my son for Christmas. Box was delivered damaged and unfortunately once I opened the item, I saw that the item was damaged too. I logged a return within the 7 day period that Takealot offers customers but my refund was declined. Takealot has delivered the item broken but I must now pay for it. How is that fair? This is not the first time that I am sitting with an issue like this. I DID NOT damage the product. It was delivered to me like that. Why must I pay for a damaged item???? Clearly Takealot doesnt care about their customers. They offer a 7 day return policy on damaged items, but never refund the customers. They just ASSUME the customer damaged it and is lying. After supporting Takealot for years - I am now no longer a Takealot customer and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere!
I upgraded my contract at the iStore in Canal Walk and traded my old phone in. They said that payment would be done to my account. It is now more than a week later and I have not received my payment. The store manager also does not bother to get back to me when I call to follow up. I have contacted the call centre numerous times and they also cannot assist as the stor manager needs to provide feedback. Absolutely pathetic service! How difficult is it to make a payment and get back to a client when they follow up?
If I could give ZERO stars for Makro's online order system I would. I placed an order on Tuesday morning, which gave an option for next day delivery. By Friday the order was still "in progress" and not even packed yet. I cancelled the order on Friday morning and was told the cancellation would take 24-48 hours. It has now been 4+ days and the order still shows "in progress" Each time I contact the customer service, I get the same feedback "The store needs to process the cancellation" This is not the first time I have had issues with Makro's online shopping department. Which is why I will stick to companies like Take Alot, Checkers, Pick n Pay etc.. for online orders. MAKRO IS USELESS!
After doing tons of research on pool installation companies - BK Projects SA was the one we decided on. We are SO glad we did. We installed a 4m x 2.5m pool with the Cape Town branch. Robyn was always friendly, professional and available for any questions we had and kept us up to date on our process from Day 1. It was such a pleasure dealing with her. The workers were also friendly and professional and made sure everything was installed neatly. Any minor issues we had - was sorted out asap. The rain delayed our installation by a few days, but Eon and Alwyn always kept us up to date on the progress. I will recommend BK Projects SA for any pool installations. They really are a cut above the rest! We are extremely happy with our pool and cannot wait for summer to come so that we can enjoy it. Thank you again for your fantastic service!
If I could give ZERO stars I would !!! I am utterly disgusted in how Ipic Play plan parties and deal with their customers. And dont even get me started on how they overfill their indoor venue - Not obeying ANY of the covid regulations! I booked my daughters party well in advance and was told that due to covid regulations, all parties are booked in the private party rooms and no longer on the deck. After arriving for her party I was told that my daughters party was not set up in in the private party room as discussed, nor on the deck. It was set up in a walkway right at the back of the centre in front of someone's office! With absolute no view of the play area to watch my children. I find this totally unacceptable. For the amount one pays for a party at your premises - this is disgusting! I had communicated with Priscilla more than once on colour schemes , size of the socks etc... Not only was my party shoved in the back of the corner, her balloons were all the wrong colour and they only had XXL size socks, which were way to big. We had to give a list of ages before the party so that the correct sizes were ordered for the party so there is no excuse as to why they had no socks for their sizes. I had to run around looking for the party host and manager to discuss my issues and neither of them seemed to care. Not only was the party a complete disaster - your indoor play area was CHAOS on Saturday. You were not at the 50% capacity as per covid regulations and yet even after your centre was full ... you still allowed more to come in. The security of this centre is also non existent. What is supposed to be a safe indoor play area for kids has become an utter joke and one can clearly see it is all about shoving as many people in to make money. Sad to say that we will no longer be supporting Ipic Play and will definitely NEVER EVER plan a party with them again.
