Terrible Delayed Service
I have been divorced since 11 December 2019, and am still trying to finalize the financial settlement. There are assets that have been sold, my house, my vehicle and there is a ton of debt in Credit Cards that have to be settled. My ex has removed all the assets in the house, clothes, furniture, everything and he (Julian Empedocles) advised me that she gave it away or sold it as it was old and I have no proof of ownership, so I had no bed, fridge, pots pans etc. A list of assets and liabilities was furnished to the court a year before the trial but this was never taken into consideration. It is now 14 months since he took the case on and still no result. I had a meeting with him on 14 December to finalizes everything, requested debt reduction as requested by the bank of 25 % on 14 December to which I had no reply, I have heard no hide or hair from him since December. His respect for me is despicable as 14 month of pain and suffering is un acceptable. I landed up in a mental institution from depression due to this! His answer was to get sequestrated and that will get rid of the debtors, my ex is liable for half the debts! But I am being hounded, she lives with her parents and has sucked 40 years of my hard work out of me, none of her assets have been sold and I am living on the poverty line. However this is acceptable practice to degrade a person so. 7 years of torturous marriage to have 40 years of assets removed. SHE said if I remove any house hold effects she would have me arrested for theft, it was all mine in the first place.

Inconsiderate to residents
So following on my previous complaint. MTN are are supposed to be a company that reply, they obviously dont know how to or have chosen to ignore me, fat cats sitting in their estates. So yesterday they came again to come and try dig up my drive way. No conideration that I want to gonin and out that house and cant move my car. So I naturally stopped them and if they want to dig ip the street you are welcome. But it would be nice if an MTN rep can and spoke to me and listened to my problems. You are only putting in fibre to better your own pockets not for my benefit
