I ordered in the 25th June , no movement on tracking number provided , after numerous emails one was answered saying the item was lost and that I should provide my banking details and this happens often ! It’s been more then a week , I can’t get hold of anyone to advise of my refund was done or when it would be . Terrible service and a lot of money out of pocket now . Do not order from them .

Good day Yesterday was a tough day for my best friend whose mum is currently admitted in hospital with masses in her brain . I decided after our hospital visit I would cheer her up and take her out for a bite to eat and chat . We popped into the cafe and upon arrival we were greeted by a very sweet knowledgeable waitress, but unfortunately after we were served our starters it went downhill fast . I ordered a 300g rump medium rare with spinach as a side , my spinach was gritty and full of sand . The waitress apologised to me and said the manager tasted and confirmed it was sandy. I then said not a problem I would have chips , my friends steak was ordered medium and she specified it should not be well done . Her steak was very crisp and black around all the edges , even the waitress agreed it was burnt. Being and sweet as she is , she still said let’s cut a piece off and have a look inside in the presence of the waitress and all 3 of us agreed it should be changed . I cut into mine and realised mine was medium and not medium rare like I asked for , but I didn’t say anything I ate my chips until her steak arrived . Her’s looked rare so we happily swapped and where about to begin eating when a very rude loud manager came to our table in front of other patrons and asked who wasted the steak in my kitchen??? The poor waitress was terribly embarrassed because the manager didn’t have a clear understanding about the situation, and he admitted he made her steak rare on purpose to show her a point since she wasn’t happy with the previous one . What annoyed him was that she was not about to eat the steak that he made with malice intent , he kept shouting at her and then calling her Sweetheart. That’s when I said to him please don’t call her Sweetheart that is very condescending , furthermore she is a female and you are shouting at her ! I was dressed in my scrubs I am a front line worker , I proceeded to tell he could speak to people in this manner and I said clearly you don’t need our business. We hadn’t touch our steaks so I said we will pay for everything we consumed only , to which he further went on to shout that the steaks also had be paid for . I was completely done with with his rude , aggressive behaviour the poor waitress apologised profusely and agreed he was completely out of line . I paid the bill in full , I asked the waitress were I could send an email or review and contact the owner ? She said the details were on the door , I took a picture which caused the manager to lose his mind again and start shouting what is a pic going to do hey ??? I said I wanted the owner to know how people , especially female front line workers were treated . He then continued loudly insulting me and calling me names to which I politely said we have paid the bill we are leaving please do not talk to be as refused to engage further with him . A horrible experience, will not go back .
My Husband booked a spa package as a birthday suprise for me at the Virginia branch , we had attended the one in Umhlanga coastlands previously which was awesome. From our first treatment things didn't go well , bright lights were kept on during our massages and when we flipped over we had to wear heavy eye bags to block out the light . Music was inaudible in our rooms but very loud and pleasant in the bathrooms . Then was the facials where tissue was used to cover over eye area instead of eye pads , when the mask was applied it literally had to peeled off not by bit as it broke up. The Pedicure were nice enough except for the fact that we were both flat on our back with feet in a spa of water not the most comfortable when u only have a towel covering you and your nerther regions are exposed! But again tissue apposed to cotton wool was used to remove the nail polish , no base or top coat was applied to the nail polish .. my nails were awfully stained upon removal ! The cherry on the top was the "Spa bath " and two glasses of bubbly that my husband paid extra for , was a normal size bath tub with two glasses of syrupy sweet cheap wine. We would have brought our own sparkling wine or champagne had we been aware . They had a black ozone bath floating in the tub creating bubbles that looks disgusting. We never jumped in for obvious reasons, contacted the spa by phone and email they responded after a while to say when the hearing is over you will get feedback! Zero feedback since then , and they advertise you can pay with your Edgar's card but miraculously there is a system error when you try to and you have to end up paying cash! Go to coastlands Umhlanga and get value for money and great service !
