Fraud on account. From the 23 Feb 2018 I struggle to solve the matter where there is fraud on my account. MTN Village Mall Hartbee****rt where store manager Christo did't do his work and gave wrong information trough to fraud department. I reported it again on the 19-03-2018 now I must wait again for 21 days. Village Mall issued a duel simcard on my mtn no. without my signature and I didn't request for duel simcard. 23-03-2018 there is again a internet bundle loaded on my account. Again fraud. Can you please do something about this matter.
