Find a good product is rare, finding good service is rare, these guys deliver both and that's amazing. I've been through my fair share of ISP's and there's always been plenty of hair pulling going on. Being a techie myself I expect a higher standard of product than what the average joe might require and these guys have impressed me every step of the way. Installation was a breeze, tech support is easy to contact and they don't require 20 min hold times to get to speak to an actual person that knows what they're talking about. If something is wrong they'll keep at it until it's fixed. The product is better than described and every now and then when there's a hiccup it's brief and the team are quick to help with a fix. If only their packages had larger caps or lower prices it would be perfect, but to be honest... I don't mind paying a tiny bit extra for the service and product I've received from these guys. Keep it up Wan4U, I want to see you guys succeed!
We were brought a buyer that promised that she had the funds for the deposit. We were explicit in our requirements for not being held up by the buyer. The agent said they did their checks on her. Push comes to shove the buyer they brought us has lied about having the deposit funds available and the contract that Menlyn Properties provided has serious flaws that ends up costing me money. The contract says that the buyer only has to pay deposit on transfer. It could have rather said pay on transfer but provide gaurantees on an earlier date. James is unapologetic and says his contract is perfect no matter what other lawyers say. Perfect for him maybe but not clients which have increased risk due to having to pay clearances and such all before the buyer shows they actually have the funds to pay. This is a serious lack of foresight in their contract and they don't explain each clause to you either as mandated by the CPA. His words: \just report me to the consumer protector if you want". Agents have a reputation for not being trustworthy and here's just another one to add to the list. Get your own contract and don't trust them to be looking out for you at all."""
We commissioned him to do the deck around our pool. The quote seemed well priced but the process was fraught with delays and excuses about the delays. They cut our irrigation pipe and didn't fix it as they promised and instead we had to. However, the real reason for this post is because now a few months later, after struggling to find a leak in our pool, we found that their work had broken some of our pool pipes causing the leaks (and which cost us dearly on our water account). There are also weeds coming through the deck which he promised wouldn't happen, and he has laid the sub structure directly in the mud which will cause the structure to fail quickly. After contacting him and telling him that we have these problems now, could he please come around to take a look and possibly fix them, he makes an appointment with me but on the day ignores my calls and stands us up for the appointment. It is clear he is only interested in taking your money, doing shoddy work and ignoring the client when there's something that could cost him money. I am sorely disappointed in his behaviour and I can't warn others away strongly enough.
