Update on my earlier review, lourens was plumb ers that came out to fix my faulty geyser they put geyser in and once water was filled they put circuit breaker on then tech said there's no power so.i asked what now he said he going back to company but electrician would come out they aren't far from where I stay so after half hour I.phoned the company only to be told they don't have an electrician.i had to phone insurance company back and they are now sending a electrician.out.if I'd known that from start I would not have used lourens plumbers because I was under impression they would leave me with a working geyser , make sure if you need geyser replaced that company you use can do complete job.
Yesterday I came home my geyser was on but water was cold after 4 I phoned budget at 520 lourens plumbing came out the geyser was leaking thankfully it was still under guarantee it's a kwikot geyser today between 1 and 2 they will be replacing it, that's what I call good service.no hassles
Went to woolies I buy every month there roasts when they marked buy 2 get 20 per cent discount, have been doing it for ages anyway I went to the new branch okavango crossing when I got to the till the two roasts weren't marked so they had to do a manual transaction, the two supervisors came to help the cashier who was very friendly, after discussion an me having to explain to them that they had to minus 20 per cent off both pieces of meat the supervisor said no its only on the one piece of meat, I mean I been buying this specials ever since they come out but who am I to argue with supervisors, surely they know there work, anyway it bugged me but I came home phoned customer care to confirm what I'd already known. Anyway after getting the correct info as I originally knew I attempted to phone the store manager, waited quite a while before I got to the manager only for him to tell me hold on he wants to go Check. Omw u a manager of a big store that runs these 20 per cent discount off two roat meats for centuries an you want to go Check I waited an the phone went dead. I didn't even bother phoning back. I was not only done in with money I'm shocked management haven't got clue
