My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. I submitted all required documentation to withdraw funds from my trust account on 13 October 2025, and despite numerous follow-ups, the matter is still unresolved. Communication has been almost non-existent. I received no confirmation after submitting my documents and only found out about an administrative error when I contacted them a week later. Even after resubmitting everything, I was assured payment would be finalised by end of December 2025 — yet nothing happened. For months now, I have had to call repeatedly for updates. Every time, I am told the matter will be “escalated,” but no one ever calls back, and no clear explanation is provided. Most recently, I was informed — again only because I followed up — that the funds will only be available at the end of February 2026, which was never communicated before. The lack of accountability, ongoing delays, and poor communication are unacceptable, especially when dealing with trust funds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company, as their service has been unreliable and unprofessional.

Worst service ever! Myself and my youngest son joined online and was assisted by Yusuf Slamdien, he was very friendly and helpful and was very quick to sign us up, my eldest son joined at the branch, the same day. The first month I had 2 separate debit orders going off, I called Virgin active and they told me they will correct this so I only have 1 debit order going off the second month was perfect and only 1 debit order went off with the correct amount for all 3 on Vitality. After that I again have 2 different debit orders going off, myself and my eldest son, nothing for my youngest son. I have emailed Virgin active head office and Yusuf but not getting any response from anyone! I have called the accounts department and they are arguing with me that my son is on Vitality, why would he be on vitality the first 2 months and now he is not?? Why didn't the accounts department pick up that there's no debit order going off why must I call them and inform them that it didn't go off for 2 months already?? Why only getting service when joining but once you have a complaint there's no one willing to assist you?
