Karen from No Q UIF was excellent. Thank you so much for all your help and support. I really appreciate your messages and know-how. It was a flipping long road!! UIF is tough and difficult road, it took over 6 months, but Karen did everything in her power to keep me updated, even when she herself had no idea what was happening. Do NOT rely in UIF to pay your bills, see it as a nice surprise when it eventually pays out. Thank you Karen!
We have not had internet for 22 days now. You can't speak to a human, you can only WhatsApp. I've now spoken to 8 different peope on WhatsApp chat. All telling you to do the same thing, nothing works. Each one says they'll log a fault, but you never hear back from them. They the next support agent asks for your reference number, which you don't have, because no one ever gives you one, nor gets back to you with one. When I eventually have had enough, I now must cancel this contract so I can get another internet provider, sure you can cancel but please just confirm that you owe use R3000 before you leave. This for installation fees, all sort of things now become important. But try get someone just to come to have a look.... nope! This is the worst service, a company that is totally disengaged from their clients. And this is clear from your inability to comment on the Facebook page. Somebody needs to save this company from themselves!
