Disgusting Service and Support from HP Rosebank Store and their Support partner Ensure IT Services
Never buy a HP printer. There after sales support is the worst ever and their outsourced support to a company called Ensure IT Service are even worse off. Firstly, they overcharge for handling fees to take in your printer and then take over 4 weeks to give you a part that one could buy at any printer shop. If anyone's printer is out of warranty, please rather take it to a printer repair shops vs HP Store or Ensure IT services. almost 28 days and still no printer back from these guys. No Service at all.....more a headache and a Nightmare......their service stinks... along with HP, not sure why they even use this useless company. Rosebank HP Store used.
