Could a human consultant PLEASE call me back? Vodacom has disconnected my e-SIM again, and it’s impossible to get in touch with someone who can assist. I have been trying for weeks. The only Vodacom employees contacting me are trying to sell products, but when it comes to service, there’s no support. I urgently need someone to assist me—please address this matter.

OneNumber and e-sim activation. I have been struggling with Vodacom to activate my e-sim service for a week with no luck. I have tried the helpline and was sent in-store, and in-store escalated again with no activity from Vodacom, and no one seems to be able to assist, even though this is a service I am currently paying for.
I have been a customer for over a decade, for some reason my new contract after an upgrade has been set to top up and no Vodacom store can help me to rectify the matter. Now I can not make calls, not even to a Vodacom Store. Online Self-help does not aid in any way. When I try to buy a voice bundle the system tells me I need the airtime, when I try to buy airtime there is a system error. I have been unable to use my contract due to this issue. I need this rectified ASAP, I am working remotely and I need my line to be open TODAY. Please get a human to contact me ASAP.
I have been receiving telemarketing calls from Vodacom every single day, please make it stop!
